Can I donate from abroad
Yes, we accept donations from other countries. You can make a one-time donation or sign up for a monthly subscription from your card, use PayPal or make a corporate donation through the Benevity portal.
Can I use any bank card?
For a single donation - yes. For a monthly contribution, we recommend using a Visa or Mastercard card of any bank. Automatic payments via Visa Electron and Maestro cards do not work at all.
How do I find OVD-Info at Benevity?
If you work for a company registered at Benevity, you can support OVD-Info through a corporate donation program. We are registered there as a project of MOO 'Pravozaschitnuy centr 'Memorial'. Find 'Memorial', and you will find us!
Why do you need my email?
We ask for your email to be able to warn you of any problem with your subscription, to check your donations history or to unsubscribe you when you decide to do so. Your name is only needed to address you correctly in mailing. Introduce yourself as you would like us to call you.

How do I change the card, the date or the time of write-offs?
In order to change your card just unsubscribe and then subscribe again with the new card details (exactly in that order). In order to change the date and the time of the subscription, you’ll have to unsubscribe, and then subscribe again at any day. Contact us, and we will send you a reminder by email.
The card I used for the subscription was reissued, what should I do?
Even if only the expiry date has changed, you have to re-subscribe. First, you need to unsubscribe, and then subscribe again with the new card details.
I did not get an email with confirmation of unsubscribing. What should I do?
This happens if the email address is incorrect when subscribing to a donation or unsubscribing. Contact us and we’ll try to find your subscription and unsubscribe you manually.
Can I have a look at the history of my donations?
There’s no technical possibility to do this at the moment. But you can always сontact us: we’ll tell you if everything is OK with your subscription, and send you the history of the payments if necessary.
